irc

Right - after an extensive poll (well 3 of us) we think it would 'a
good thing' to get irc back up and running. We miss chatting to random
ukrmers en masse at stupid times (as does Ginge).

irc.ukrm.co.uk port 6667 for those that don't know.

This, I think, is frags server, so no kicking or banning by certain
people should make live much more enjoyable.
