  6. I do believe that it is still legal to copy, copyrighted music, if the
    reason is for personal critical analysis.

    I read it years ago and can't be arsed to find out where.

    So if you are listening to it just don't enjoy it, anal-ysis it.

    This is because the amount of money Sony make from movies and music is far
    less than the amount they make from consumer electronics.

    They always seem to **** up when they try and couple the two businesses, too:
    minidisc, "Magic Gate" memory stick, UMD, Blu-ray lumbering over the horizon
    ....

    Yeees... my point being that whenever they try to tie media to hardware
    through delivery formats, they **** up. A better exception would have
    been "Playstation".

    With Walkman they just created a market for portable music players -
    they didn't invent the cassette, nor did they invent a Walkman-only
    media format that forced you to buy music from them.
