'One user, a person using the screen name "mumioler" who had posted the
original messages about Galton's client that started the dispute, wrote a
series of new messages calling Galton a "shyster" and an "overly robust
geezer that makes a living walking behind the elephant with a shovel." '

Truly shocking stuff, no wonder he wants to sue. Just think of the mental
    anguish he must be suffering.

Something that could have ramifications for , say, the people running the
    german news server?

    Usual yank-wank.
He should take attacks like that, print, frame and display them in his
    office.

    I'm quite stressed about it.
I think I'll sue him for causing me emotional trauma.

Bloody hell. Where have you been hiding?

Nice to see you're alive still.

Been far too busy in the Fatherland, next to no time for the 'pooter
    which is broked anyway...
Now located in Hiroshima, Japan (until the end of next year). Despite
the long hours (does the term "60-hour-week" ring a bell? That's
average here, my personal record is currently 69:30) I bought a new
'box and got internet access only 5 days ago. So yes, the Kraut is
    back...
Oh and got in contact with some local riders here, got myself a bike -
nothing fancyful, just an old SRX-4 but enough to establish myself in
the "fast group" ::eg:: when we go for a bimble. Pic at
    http://people.freenet.de/langetom/MySRX4-10.jpg and

Traffic here is unbelievable. National speed limits are 60kph(37mph) in
town and on national roads, 80kph(50mph) for highways but these are
boring, well-controlled and usually jammed anyway.
National roads hereabouts are (if you don't use the main connections
between towns and go for the mountains instead) an absolute cornering
paradise, albeit at comparatively low speeds - up to approx.
120kph(75mph), you just can't go faster.
General pictures of Hiroshima and the surrounding area see my .sig,
constantly but in irregular intervals being extended

    How's Team UKRM doing?
Where's Bear (we still need him to take the blame for all and sundry,
    don't we!)?
Missing TOG in the recent 1000somewhat postings - he still active?
