Who, me?! That toon was a great bonding experience for me and my boys.
It was really good stuff. The one where they both lost their arms kinda
creeped me out, though. And I was totally hot for American Maid. Loved
    her shoes.

Or the hot sauce all over the French fry. then the nigh invulnerable
Tick bites into the fry and spits it right back out make "ow ow"
faces. Arthur asks why he used all the hot sauce like that and The
    Tick simply said... "pretty color".

I am, but those arrangements include people I already know like Maggie, etc.
I hope to make it to Sunny's, we'll see.

I never said race anywhere. I just thought maybe he would enjoy the track
    experience.

You probably would too Bill, it is a great time that will teach you a lot.

Yeah that's prolly why I mentioned the part about the Harley guys at
    Superbike School, dontcha think?

Read again Bill, I challenged no one. I asked if someone would like to
try their bike out on a racetrack.
It's called a track day, but us non real motorcyclists, probably didn't
    already know that.

I invite you to take your bike to the racetrack. You will have fun and
learn alot about how to ride. You will drop old habits and be a better
rider. There are plenty of tracks near you. I'd try for a date at Texas
World Speedway if I were you and wanted to learn more about riding.

Just about one hour riding time from me.. Watched one of my neighbors tear
up the infield on a brand new Road Glide, last time I was there.. LOL..
messed up that nice motorcycle real bad..

You kids think you are all original... Some of us hands could teach you guys
a whole lot .. if you weren't such know it all little pricks.. All the shit
you guys tell each other, is something these old hats have been doing for
years and years.. Instead of being smart.. you guys are stupid..

Next time you are around some old biker hand, instead of your usual
bullshit, you might engage that old road warrior just a little.. You'd be
    surprised what you will learn..

You can bet I will Bill...see I don't really ride typical crotch rockets.
Biker dudes and I get along great.
Ya see there is a great history and tradition between HD and Triumph riders,
    we are brother like.
Some people ride cruisers, some ride crotch rockets, and some of us older
coots ride underpowered heavy exotics because we like em, not because their
all that fast or we're racers or anything. I don't even know if exotics is
the right term. Brit Metal, let's use that one.

I am never surprised by what I learn. I am a sponge when it comes to
learning about things I am interested in.

Where'd you learn to cross post flame wars on other newsgroups ? dude..
Didn't they teach you that you were going to hump on some old coot like Bill
    Walker and he'd drown you..??

When was this post ever a cross post? This was meant for Tx. Moto only.

Oh I forgot to check in with the Sheriff I before I posted here. My
    mistake.

Are you Sunny over in Possum Kingdom?

    But he won't because:

    1. they require a helmet and certain minimum hardware standards.
    2. don't they also require some kind of insurance?
    3. they require you give them money to use the track.

    Damn you're stupid, Mark!

You have to have insurance to ride without a helmet. And since he's already
said he hasn't taken an MSF course, and he's been stopped many times for
riding without a helmet, my guess is that he HAS insurance.

Do you? Is that why you can't go without a helmet?

I'd say riding without a helmet is a personal choice.
You guys have laws allowing you to do it, but there is no way I am
getting on a bike without a helmet.

hmmm.. Good for you.. sport.. Bikers in Texas REAL bikers in Texas .. not
the posers and wannabes.. went to our state capitol and fought hard to make
it possible for you and the Mark Johnson's to be able to make that choice..
Not one of us ever attempted to force you or Mark Johnson to NOT wear a
helmet.. Not one of us ever suggested that choice to wear a helmet was any
derogatory reflection on you.. My impression that you and Mark Johnson are
pretty much in the same category.. Impersonators and Wannabes..

I say, good for you and your state's helmet laws. Your state does have a
helmet law. You have to be able to prove proper insurance coverage to
    ride without a lid.

Personally, I don't care if you ride with/without a helmet. I only know
I will be riding with a helmet.

Nope, we don't have a single law which allows us to ride without a helmet.
We have a law that says it's most illegal.

What most (almost every) riders in this state don't know is by default we
are breaking the law by riding without a helmet. It is up to us to show
we're within compliance of an exclusion within the law. This is why we're
gonna be in Austin next week proposing to fix this.

See this is good info for me to know. I thought previously if you have
one of those little health insurance stickers that you carried more than
100K of health coverage, you could ride without a helmet.

Am I wrong with this train of thought?

Missed the entire point of my post huh ..sport ? For a "high profile
professional" fella, you sure don't comprehend what you read, do you ?
Freedom to choose for yourself is what it's all about.. speedo.. You've got
that choice in Texas, thanks to a whole crew of REAL bikers who fought for
you and welfare bikers like Mark Johnson..

Heck last I knew you didn't need that. Just proof on the
insurance card...my MSF sticker tended to get them to leave
    me alone.
It's been since 2000 that I rode regularly in Texas...damn
shame but you go where the ARMY sends you.
