Excellent. Every biker should have one of those to flummox the ambulance
    crews.

  7. There's also the issue of claiming personal injury damages...

Does it? I quite liked it.

Perhaps one could have one's entire body medically annotated, in order
to save the ambulance and medical teams time?

You'd hope that they already had a reasonable accurate idea of where
everything was meant to be, wouldn't you?

I find even the most restrained of tattoos mildly disconcerting anyway
    - dunno why, but they just revolt me. Real blood and gore doesn't
particularly worry me, but the tattooed version really does make me
    feel ill.

You can't be too careful. Especially when travelling abroad. If
anything goes wrong next week I'll be putting myself in the hands of
the Heroic doctors and nurses of the Glorious Former Soviet Union,
about which I;m fairly sanguine, but just think - last month I was in
California - anything could have happened!

You think you've got problems? I'll be in France - they might graft on
    some chicory or something!

Yes, that gets discount, but doesn't make treatment free.

Ah... "you will receive treatment on the same terms as 'insured'
residents of the country you are visiting."

    Travel insurance?

Lapsed, I hadn't renewed... Thankfully the hospital bill, etc was £50
after the discounts, so not a real worry.

If it were one of those adverts it would go

    Hospital - 90 Euro.

    Paracetemol - 3 Euro

Pain killing beers over the next few days - 25 Euro

Look on the French landlords face when I said "Oui" it was me who got
runover, but it was only a small car. - Priceless.
