My Orange model (Blue with a disc brake and points ignition) was a ripper (when it wasn't fouling plugs!)
The last model ('77) was the tame KH500 (which even had a normal gear-pattern).

I remember my first ride on the MachIV 750. What a fuckin weapon in a
straight line. Frightened shit outta me. Could pop a mono in top gear if you
    had the revs right.
They also sounded awesome, they had a real snarl to them. Ah, memories of a
    misspent youth.

the 2nd H2 I had was an ex some racer or other . took it for a burst up Narunga
Gorge , I was used to breaching the top at around 200 kph , big hand full at the
bootom and lay on the tank , 1/2 way up nearly hit some copper waving at me and
he seemed so displeased at me waving back, :_)
and yes much more than my usual speed over the top . Id have to say in its day
was the meanest bit of jap gear ever.. couple of the local club boys rode them
to work ( no colours though)
mind the vincent still wooped everything up the ole gorge
