Insurance update

Footman James came up trumps, gave me storage cover with no problem
whatsoever. I never imagined it would be so difficult to get cover.
All I need now is a full licence!

 

Just had my renewal notice from Auntie Carole. Excess up to £400 and
no helmet and clothing cover.

When I queried it with them they said that it was sent as the "best"
quote - it was £4 cheaper than one that had £250 excess and helmet &
clothing cover - so helpfully I pointed out to them that "cheapest" <>
"best".

 

It was somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the
drugs began to take hold. I remember "Insanely Sensible"

Excellent. I'd a feeling they'd be more accomodating, seeing as how they
do it routinely for classic cars.
