Insurance Question - nicked car

I know a guy who has bought a row of 6 cottages except for the last one
in the row (he has first offer promise on it) and turned them into one
house. He has done a sympathetic and inspired transformation.

 

About 10p[1]. And hundred or so for the skip.



[1] Reminds me of when I bought my place, I could have bought a street
in Tyseley[2] for 50k.
[2] 6 adjacent 2 bedroom terraced houses.

 

Bargain, I might be able to afford a new bike with the profit we make on
the current house then!

Apparently it's the place to buy a second property now if you can stay
in for the long term. There's a theory that the city is going to grow
out from the centre again so in 20 years time Tyseley/Aston etc will be
the equivalent of the Brindley Place and the like now.
