i had a bloke phone me and sell me the insurance, didnt get his name, but he
has some litre bike that cost him 9 grand, and he spent 10 grand prepping it
for track use, is divorced, has a new bird who wants to ride his bike
despite not having a licence yet.

top bloke tho, any question i had which would have got other insurers going
'umm, ahh, let me ask my supervisor', put me on hold and never come back, he
could answer straight away,

and was nice to be able to talk about bikes a little, even tho i was less
than enthusiastic about his track bike.... i never have really liked these
pocket rockets, but i'm weird like that, hence my bikes have been either
trials style or cruisers.

I use 'em for the scooter. They seem a bit hopeless on the paperwork
front, but cover is cover - until you have to make a claim. <Shrug>

got me 'paperwork' less than 24 hours after taking cover out, ok i chose to
have it e-mailed to me, but everythings fine and as prommised.

in the event of a claim, having experiance of being fucked about for a month
with a claim on me motorhome, i'm kinda expecting to have to fight the
fuckers,

 

well fair dues to him if he's not, he had a fuckin good book infront of him
to be able to reel off when my bike changed specs, the different imobilizers
fitted thru the years, and so on.

but at the end of the day, they saved me almost 90 squids over my renewal
quote with ebike, and dont have a clause excluding cover when on a trailer
like ebike do.

 

I know a few of them there - most of them seem to ride something or
other. They even go for company ride-outs of a summer evening.
