    What is going on?

If you are parked on a single willow line you are allowed 20 minutes
(so i believe). Every road in London SW1 has a single yellow, double
yellow, a single red, or a double red line.

I think the traffic Worden is ripping people if they give anyone an
instant ticket(without timing it) for parking on a single yellow.
Because haw are cab drivers and delivery drivers are supposed to do
their job? They have to park somewhere to carryout their duty.

I think traffic wardens who put instant tickets in vehicle when they
are only parked on a single yellow are out to rip people off. They
obviously do this because they know the car, bike or van will only be
parked there for only 3 minutes(so they can make their commission up
quickly so they can put their feet up and watch television for the
rest on the day). I know they are on commission.

They are robbing people why are doing an honest days work.

You are allowed a limited to on a single yellow line, otherwise what
is the point on having all these different type of lines? Are all
delivery drivers and cab drivers breaking the parking laws(every road
in central London have those lines)?

If the police where as lazy and dodgy as most traffic wardens are,
there would be riots in the streets.

90% of traffic wardens are thieves. Most of them probably have a
criminal record(only a criminal minded person are just go out everyday
to rip people off). Their probably have a fake pass-port and living in
this country on a false name(I'm talking about the ones who are
working for those dodgy backstreet firms that issue those tickets(with
those in green or cray tatty uniforms)).

You are not. You are allowed to set down and pick up passengers, any
time limitations are set out on an adjacent sign. Double yellows
    apply 24/7.
They each mean a different thing, Tony - or is that too advanced a
concept fror your amoebic mind? Go read the signs on the posts next
to the "parking restriction lines" - or are the posts too tall for you
to be able to follow the words with your finger, you dribbling retard?
