I should perhaps add that I got into cooking Indian food during a spell
of vegetarianism, so I have never cooked anything from her books
containing meat - I don't know if that makes a difference. I like her
rice, vegetables, bread, eggs etc. recipes, and I learned the basics of
indian sauces, spice use etc. from her.

That's the one. They always have one chicken or fish dish, and three r
four veggie ones, plus rice, sauce or dahl or similar and about thress
types of flat breads. All refilled on demand as much as you want. I'm
always impressed by their veggie dishes, as they all have real,
distinct, flavours. Lots of spices, sometime 'hot' sometime not, but
    always nicely rounded.

See, now, all things are relative. I like bikes. Quite a lot.

But if I get an opportunity, I'll drop the asocial **** who decided that
two "max revs" passes through my sleepy little village with a full-race
exhaust at 6am this (Sunday) morning was appropriate in the shit in a
heartbeat. And I'll feel no qualms about doing so.

    Me too.
I can't argue that point. Living in a tiny village that is seriously
frequented by many a passing bike, and _most_ are pretty good at reigning in
the horses, but you still get the errant little **** that wants to be the
big I am an spoil it for everybody else.
They are exempt from the 'grasses are cunts rule'
I think most proper/serious bikers have a lot of respect for small villages.

Do you suppose it was discussed here in August 2008, by any chance?

This is exactly how I got 3 points.

Slowed down before I went past them, camera facing the front of the bike.

Ah well, you'll know in 14 days.

I had a cracking curry in Ashford last night. I also discovered that
Kent is rather easy on the eye.
