Well, the alarm is now off the 250 Majesty as it was draining the battery faster than a fast thing but no, the praise is for their support guy who did actually phone me back (to home and mobile numbers) when they promised and one time even responded to a web message nearly instantly. So, to be fair the alarm was over 6 years old and apart from it's excessive battery drain was still actually working ok. Now I know what all the black wires do I'm going to make up a simple immobiliser plug that we can take out if the scooter is left anywhere vulnerable (so that's pretty well anywhere then these days). At least if they get past the f-off chain they will have to work a bit harder to get it running. T i m
