in-helmet ear-buds for mp3 player

    What are the Koss ones like for noise dampening, in lieu of proper
    earplugs?

    I used my Sonys at work recently. In a noisy industrial environment,
    they're useless. I wore earmuffs over them, but then I couldn't hear the
    my 2 way radio, which the earmuffs' speakers plug into over the music
    coming from the MP3 player....
