I know this might be a shock to you, and I really hate to have to be the
one to seriously injure your ego...but I doubt you could convince anyone
there are 1000s of mexicans on a weekly basis walking into this country
in a remote crossing, then avoiding the highways and roads for 20+ miles
until they get past the customs checkpoints...all this while avoiding
INS and border patrol. Do we have breadcrumbs dropped for them to follow
and make sure they don't get lost out there in the desert?
It truly =amazes me= how someone can so easily =believe stories= by
media about how there are 1000s each week walking into this country,
even though there isn't a single video or it. ((((Yet when shown how
difficult it is to actually get into this country and shown how many
people AREN'T trying to cross that border, they don't believe it.)))
    Truly amazing!==Brian Walker==

Brian,I am never shocked about any of your opinions.
All reports show there are 12+ million illegal Mexicans mainly in the
    South regions of America.
None of us, you ,me nobody knows how many sneak over the southern
borders, on a daily, or weekly basis.
As far as I personally am concerned, it isn't a direct problem.
I really aint worried about it for me, I do sorta worry about the
younger family members, what they are facing(!)
===Brian you say above; ‘‘when shown how dfficult it is to get into
this country and -shown- how many people =AREN'T= trying to cross the
    border, people dont believe it’’.====
?Question? ‘‘Brian, how were you shown’’?? How(?)
I think it is humorous above, when you point out ''how many people ARE
    NOT trying to cross''.
Of course there are Mexican citizens who apparantly have no intention of
    leaving their country. (Thank God)

?Question? ''Brian, how were you shown''?? How(?)

<evil grin> I "shown" him.. How's that.?. He was paying attention..

We didn't set out to find all those multitudes of "illegals" trying to cross
the border, but.. we crossed at San Ysidro into Tijuana.. There is a "fence"
there, and has been for many years.. We started at a point near the end of
    that
fence, about two miles from the Pacific ocean.. We commenced the trip back
to Texas, along the border on the California side.. Sometimes, we rode for
hours on end, within sight of Mexico, just across the border.. Miles and
    miles
of that border, and spanning day and night.. We travelled across the
    southern
California desert to the Arizona state line.. Through Arizona to the state
    line
of New Mexico.. much of which was within sight of the international border..
All the way to the state line of Texas and into El Paso.. There are miles
    and
miles of that international boundary within sight..

The INS and Agricultural checkpoints located along the highways have all got
brigades of law enforcement, federal, state and county waiting to challenge
    anyone on those highways..

On the south side of that border, there are also checkpoints by the Mexican
    authorities, both Federales and locals..

Brian has not travelled in Mexico as extensively as I have.. he hasn't
    claimed
to, either.. He has travelled enough to observe and witness exactly what he
    is
talking about.. There are very few who participate in this newsgroup that
    can
testify that they've travelled more than Brian and into some of the areas
    that
    he's been in..

Almost to a fault, most of the comments are coming from the ones who are
least qualified to have an opinion of their own about this subject.. Almost
    to
a fault, most of the comments come from recitals of media reports and out
    dated information..

There are several on this newsgroup who've travelled with me into Mexico
to see for themselves, what that country is all about.. I'd hazard a guess
    that
none of those will say that they've come back with an unfavorable opinion
    of that country..

As far as those millions of people who are in the U.S. illegally.. after
    decades
and several hundred years of neighboring borders . I'd assume that would be
close.. As far as those "thousands" of mexicans crouched along that border
waiting for the opportunity to cross .. I can't seem to find them.. That
    many
people shouldn't be too hard to spot.. Even stretched along those thousands
    of miles of border..

We occasionally see clips of small groups.. a dozen, maybe who have been
apprehended by INS or other law enforcement.. That isn't "thousands".. or
"millions" .. We see what corporate media will show us, nothing more..
Corporate media will show us exactly what the government wants us to see..

You want to find out what is going on, on that border of ours .. get down
    there
and take a look for yourself.. hmmmm Until then, your opinion isn't
    yours..It
belongs to the media and the garbage you are being fed from that boob tube
    you are watching..

Bill,I dont wanna know, that bad.
I'll just keep intune with the Tv, especially FoxNews.
Maybe I am wrong. Maybe there's not a serious concern, that there
are=quite a number= of Mexicans coming in illegally.
Like I said, it aint' no skin off my nose.
It doesn't enterfere with my life, no way.
I am an independent, happy as a lark kinda feller.
    Thanks for the information.

What did I originally say? When given a "put up or shut up", he'll
rather choose to say "I don't care to know...I'll just keep spouting
the bullshit as an ignorant usenet pussy..."

Bjay is somehow convinced there are hoards of Mexicans coming across
the border. When given facts, he wants to dispute it but can't seem to.
When asked to produce his cites, he starts claiming more of his
    bullshit and guessing.

You couldn't drag a pussy like Bjay down to that border and chunk him
across. He's a pussy, and doesn't mind it.

I too have no doubt that we have an immigration problem in this country
and there are some Mexicans here illegally. It's not even close to the
degree Bjay claims and won't be solved by building some pussy wall on
the border. If all those checkpoints in Mexico don't stop them. If the
INS on the border doesn't stop them. If the big wide body of water
doesn't stop them. If the customs checkpoint in this country doesn't
stop them. And if the many laws against hiring them doesn't stop
them....then how is some wall with no funding to build it going to stop
    anyone?

Wanna really solve the immigration problem in this country? Walk into a
boardroom of a major corporation who hires them and slap handcuffs on
the executives and haul them to an actual jail cell...then you got
someone's attention to the issue and the next corporation will sure
    know who they're hiring.

Bwahahaha.. Bjay isn't "chicken".. He'd be glad to make that trip.. hmmm
Got a problem, though.. He can't get a Kitchen Pass to go that far, nor to
stay out that late.. Guess, he'll just have to keep on watchin' the boob
    tube..
and chimin' in with all the scuttlebutt he gets from that news source..

I'd say the odds that Bjay can get a kitchen pass to go that far, are slim
    to none..
Don't mean to read negative, but that's been the experience with Bjay, since
    he
began posting on this newsgroup.. Good luck, though.. Regards

Brian, good buddy, that is some viable information. Thank you very
    much.
Like I said earlier, it is good to read you again on here, Brian. We
havent had any name calling lately, while you were away visiting the DC
area, and attended to whatever it is thatyou do.(?)
It has been fairly boring, or atleast calm, since not hearing much from
you, because you've been riding around America trying to make a living, I
    suppose.
I have missed your unique vocabulary, frankly.
Been awhile since any one needed to be called a bad name.( I guess?)
Of course, you saw quickly that I (bjay) needed to be corrected, and
needed to be called a pussy. <g>
I bet txmoto's rating will increase now.

BTW, I don't seem to need your invitation/approval to post...never have
    and probably never will....
