  4. : Me an' the Mouse will be in Hico Saturday to meet up with George. You sure
    : you wouldn't prefer Saturday?

Waco, I haven't heard back from Pat, so I figure on getting to Hico
around 11:30. May have a few Austinites with me.

Haaaa... You can't fool me - I KNOW you're referring to absence.

Pat St. Jean rides a Sportster but I *think* it was Pat Larkin that had
the close encounter with the former Biker's Dream. He finally did get the
part back. I haven't heard much from him in the last couple years so I
don't know if he's still riding or not.

And "yes" I certainly do enjoy the scenic views and food at TP. I feel
it's my duty to the TP folks to check out their other area establishments
    - just to verify the quality of the meals, you understand. ;-}

Yeah, you just thought we were too stuck up for you or something!!! If
we didn't mind that you rode a Sportster, what made you think we'd
    mind you being rideless? :)
Yup, it was Pat Larkin. The very last I heard from him his ride was
locked in a closed up building and he was getting on the news trying
to get someone to get his bike out of there. As I recall, it was over
him trying to get the bike modded to a 1200 or something and the
    business went under on him.

I couldn't even remember the name of the business....I just recall
they were on the west side of Dallas toward Easyriders (at the time).
    Oh, I fully understand... :)

What's the take-off point and time (and day - still Sun)? I'm thinking
I'll be going some of that route on Sat. but it's only going to be a
couple hundred miles. I'm thinking it's about time to put some miles on
    Bike.

Regarding the furry boots - you gonna squeeze into some short-shorts and a
abreviated flannel shirt too? You might want to save that for home as I
don't want see reputation of a fine establishment sullied. ;-)

The start time looks like 8am @ Cracker Barrel / I-20 and Bowen Exit.

Yes, I wear short-shorts quite often. I'm sorta "old skool" in the
regard of wearing shorts. I can't stand looking at (let alone wearing)
the shorts styles out these days. The shorts are way too long being
down below the knee and baggy as if the person wearing them has a full
load of shit in their pants. They look retarded! If I'm wearing
shorts, they are between mid-thigh to a 4" inseam in length. What's
creepy is when guys start checking me out. It's freaky!!!

As to the flannel shirt, I NEVER wear flannel....

If you wear flannel, you have to drive a Prius
