    Tomorrow, Nuffield Orthopaedic, Oxford, again.

Well, actually I'm going to be un-screwed.

One of the 6 screws holding the metal plate in my leg is too long, it
goes right through the bone, comes out the other side by a couple of cm
and catches muscles and things, causing "a little" bit of pain now and
    then.

So its a quick outpatient op to get it whipped out and that should get
rid of a lot of the pain I get.

One step closer to normality :)

Woohoo! And another momento to add to the collection.

Ouch.. and dammage to muscles and things?
It's been a long road to recovery.
Cool, they let you keep them?

    Muck scribbled:
Probably, but only temporary I would imagine.

Its out now and no pain at all (so far :)
    "The long long roooaaaAAAaaadddd...."
They would if I'd remembered to ask them before I went "10... 9... 8...

Shoulda gone private then shouldn't you. When they took out my staples
they asked me if I wanted them gift wrapped and everything or just
delivered in a nice presentation box.

steve auvache? He'z just ziz guy, you know?
Nah, they didn't remove my knee joint.
How many hundreds of quid did those staples cost you?

I'd rather get mine for 79p from Staples, and I can use them too.

Nothing. They did cost PPP about 1500 each though.
