Leathered. Walked back to my hotel on my own, after Rachel left to
move house (!) and Rob and Ruth went for dinner somewhere, but I
didn't feel up to sitting still.

I had no idea where I was, and only a sketchy idea of where the hotel
was. Rob said that I got up rapidly an announced my intention to get
to bed, and walked out before he could advise me of a possible route.
He said that he knew that I needed to leave the restaurant and turn
left, and he saw me leave the restaurant and turn right.

I made it back, though.

When Rob and Ruth got back, they made the night porter open my room to
see if was in there. Apparently I leapt out of bed, saluted stiffly,
and said "goodnight colonel", then fell back on the bed and passed
out.
