Hope that's resolved to your satisfaction eventually.

I'll take a contrary view to many and suggest that for a driver with
no previous and where there's no evidence that it's a premeditated
crime that's the correct solution. It costs them more in money and
time and may just change their driving, whereas a fine and points
    probably won't.

FFS, you should have told the surgeon he was working on the wrong bit.

About 40cm lower and he would have seen the fucked knee rather than
rebuilding a perfectly good pelvis :)

    GWS you clumsy cnut!

You fool! You've given it away now.

Did we all post to that thread using X-No-Archive?

Call Legal Solutions 01582 417208 and use the bastard, it will be
    financially worth it.

Get them idiots off the road by putting up their insurance.

How'd your bike survive that then? Broadsiders are surely normally pretty
terminal for bikes. Unless the car was made of tin foil or something?
Intrigued... (but glad you and bike were OK)

I've stuffed a CBR600 into the side of a Nissan 200SX in the past.

The bike had superficial panel damage.

The car: Bent track rod end / knackered steering rack and a nice dent in
    the offside front wing.

I wasn't going that quick, having just pulled away from a roundabout, &
it was an R65 which were built from girders. Another incident (also a
SMIDSY) saw the car driver having to jack his car up so I could pull
the bike out from underneath it. I rode it home that time too.

It's the bike equivalent of a St. Bernard's pleased-to-see-you dribble.
Mine's the same (must fit a keg, really).
