With Ike in the subject and Turner in the message even you should've managed that one. The bloke was credited by some as having made the first rock and roll record, which is impressive in itself. He went on to make River deep Mountain High, which is, IMHO, an absolutely superb piece of work.
The only other famous Ike that I know of died (I think). In retrospect, I wish I hadn't put that in. Not so much bad form as bollocks.
In communiqué Spooky. The very next old VHS tape in the pile I am working through to digitise anything worth keeping has "Tina Turner - The Girl from Nutbush" on it. <presses play> -- +-------------------------------------------------------------+ | Pete Fisher at Home: | | Voxan Roadster Gilera Nordwest Yamaha WR250Z | | Gilera GFR * 2 Moto Morini 2C/375 | +-------------------------------------------------------------+
