    I quite distinctly see 8 plugs on one bank there and by the looks of it
    the banks are symmetrical along the crank axis. The individual bores are
    staggered to create what is an extremely narrow V8 in each bank, but
    imo, it's not enough of a separation to set it apart as a true V and is
    in actuality nothing more than a played-about-with straight 8 on each
    bank.

    So, in spite of the marketing bollocks, it's a good ol V.

    Yes, I see it now. Neat.
    Lovely piece of engineering, although the W designation is wrong. More
    of an arrowhead \|/
    Seems almost a shame to get it all dirty by actually putting it in a
    car. I'd have it on a plinth in my living room and sit admiring it while
    sipping coffee, getting up to touch it occasionally.
