  2. Entirely within the Tories' explicitly stated policy of reducing income
tax. No right-thinking person could possibly disagree with this aim.
Thus giving every parent an extra UKP80 to put towards their private
school bills. Again, an integral part of Tory policy, to destroy the
    left-wing, state-run school system.
Well of course he did. The Tories have always been in favour of
reducing the publicly-owned sector. Silly boy!
Pah! The lily-livered Bank of England cronies never had the true Tory
vision, so it's no wonder things started to go wrong once they rejected
    Her vision.
All thoroughly laudable Tory measures aimed at breaking their dependence
    on nanny-state handouts.
I am gobsmacked that you can't see the genius of the utter directness of
these measures, all aimed at empowering everybody in the community to
exercise their own self-choices. Instead of feeding the work-shy more
and more state handouts these measures broke their dependence on the
    socialist (spit!) nanny state.
You may well interpret his and his Glorious Leader's actions this way
from your lefty Maoist viewpoint, and you are welcome to do so, but all
right-thinking, blue-blooded Britons *know*, deep in their hearts, that
    he was *right*.
Nonsense! He was not responsible for the disastrous Tory defeat, that
was entirely down to the leftist infiltration that precipitated the most
apocalyptic disaster in British politics since Magna Carta, the deposing
of the greatest English leader since Offa, I speak of Her whose name I
will not utter in this newsgroup community of communist lackeys.
Yes, yes, he will, I know it %-))

Strangely, for me, it was Charlotte Coleman.

Don't know why, except she was the same age as me and I considered her as
    underrated.

Hey, I don't care anymore. Pretty soon everyone's sig will be of the
    form: <name> <comparison> <other poster's name>. Then we'll be able
to plot a graph of all the regulars in terms of who is
    faster/slower/smarter/wittier/worse than/beter than who

I don't think the death of anyone I didn't know had any impact on
me whatsoever. Does that make me heartless or something?

No, not at all. The loss of someone you didn't know (and possibly
*any* loss) is about how it affects your view of the world. For
example, in my case, when Bazza Sheene died, it reminded me of my
mortality, and how you really never do know when your number is up.

Obviously I can't disagree with your feelings, but BS's
death wasn't really a suprise, in that we all knew that
he had cancer (towards the end anyway) and his
    premature death was pretty certain.

Why BS above, say, Joey Dunlop or David Jefferies,
who both died suddenly, and on bikes?

It wasn't obvious to me, and I went to the unpleasant childish website.
