Oh. Well I know it's not the quickest web-space out there (but it is
free) but it's definitely working (just tried from the othe PC too.
    Try again, if you CBA.

It's some sort of early '60s Italian (I'd guess - maybe French) moped
    - pressed steel frame with trad. tank placement. Red with white bits.
And the tank badge appears to read 'BEMM'.

So you can't see my piccies either? Bugger.

Anyway, no, it's not. Quite probably the same manufacturer, but it's a
small (looks like 50cc) 2-stroke motor.

    <fx:googles>

Yes, it's Demm, not Bemm. I've found a couple of sites where the badge
is clearly visible, but I can't find any like the one I photographed.

I can see them, I was asking was that the same bike. I couldn't find
any images of their 50cc models but the 125 looks related.

Its a Demm - Italian manufacturer of mopeds and small bikes. Its NOT a
Smily or a Dik-dik. Might be a 'Sport' but I can't find a picture to check.

We were in the one with the over priced bikes in, but really wanted the
one with the shite old overpriced stuff. There were three shiteoldbikes
in the Friday ad today, a guzzi 650 something, an FJ650 turbo with spair
bike for bits, and a Divvy 600.

Using the pedals when pulling away up hills helps a lot.

I think you may be right. I had one identical to the one you have, I was
mistaken about the fuel tank positioning. I don't have a scanner to be
able to get the pic of my old one up on the web anywhere.

  12. Yeah, see that Little Chef that closed; it was kind of that gar away but
on the opposite side, so we were in the middle sort of thing.

The Friday-Ad does rock mightily though and when I lived in the area,
used to be the medium of choice for reading at lunchtimes at work.

Do you get the Loot down there?

  13. As the man who /gave/ free of charge, a wonderful example of all that
is PC50 to Petrolcan I can assure you that pic is not of one. The PC
had the tank under the rear rack and you lifted the saddle to fill it.

OK, well mine was identical to the one Sweller has, whatever model it
is. I was told by the bod at Bedfordshire County Council that they were
listed on the books as Honda PF50.

posted wasn't a PC was the point I was making. Can't remember why now.

Yeh, a few of those have gone that way.
I've seen Loot before, but I don't know if it was in Sussex. The only
annoying thing about putting cars or bikes in th4e Friday ad, is getting
people from companies calling up to sell you something.

    Bloody annoying that.
