Sydney identity Hassan "Sam" Ibrahim has been refused bail today after he
allegedly kidnapped and assaulted a teenage boy.

The former Nomads chief appeared via videolink before Magistrate Anthony Marsden
in Parramatta Local Court and did not apply for bail.

It is alleged that Ibrahim, a 43-year-old father of two, kidnapped the boy after
somebody had attempted to break into the Greystanes home of his estranged wife,
Karen Bartlett, during the evening of April 1.

Ibrahim allegedly beat the 15-year-old boy, abducted him, cut his face and broke
a tooth. But when he realised the boy he plucked from the street was not who he
was after, he gave him $100 in compensation and sent him on his way. The
teenager went straight to the police and reported the kidnapping attempt.

Ibrahim was arrested at his Merrylands home yesterday and charged with
kidnapping occasioning actual bodily harm and recklessly causing grievous bodily
    harm.

Mr Marsden formally refused bail and remanded Ibrahim to appear in Liverpool
    Local Court on June 24.

  2. Did the lad get to keep the hundred bucks? Fifteen year old wages are
pretty poor but I guess that's not too good a payment anyhow.

For some time now. Can't you read the koran? It tells them to take over everything.

  5. They are actually "virtual" (don't you love that word?) bike clubs.

Call themselves bike clubs but don't own any; trying to muscle into the
bikies territories, and security rackets at Kings Cross.

Relax. The bikie gangs are as racist as ever but, not surprisingly,
your racist sentiments appeal to Muslims too. You will be welcomed by

you don't apply to the Comancheros.

Why do these meatheads avoid their true Moslem names, i.e. "Mahmoud Hawi"
and "Hassan Ibrahim"? They instead prefer Christian/Hebrew monikers like
"Mick" (Hawi), short for Michael, one of only two Arch Angels mentioned in
the bible, and "Sam" (Ibrahim) short for Samuel/Samson both Hebrew names.

Are they ashamed of their Moslemness or something??

  11. Page not found 404 error on that link Dave.

    Mark.

    Link in the last post
But it made very interesting reading,
apart from a couple of obvious misteaks
which the uninformed would not have seen because they were not there and I
    was.
I have seen the growth of 1% bike clubs from the early 1960's and know

We have Banditos in the town where I live. I certainly wouldn't make a

I doubt they are practising Muslims. They have taken a different path to
    that of Mohammed.

You might be surprised to learn that Muslims, Jews and Christians have
much in common. They are all branches of the Abrahamic faith, worship the
same God and consider much of the Old Testament to be the word of God.

If you read the Koran you will find it clearly stated:

"Say, We believe in GOD, and that which hath been sent down unto us,and
that which hath been sent down unto Abraham, and Ismael, and Isaac, and
Jacob, and the tribes, and that which was delivered unto Moses, and
Jesus, and that which was delivered unto the prophets from their LORD:
We make no distinction between any of them, and to GOD are we resigned."

If Muslims believe they are worshipping the same God, they are.
Fundamentalist Christians often get jealous and stamp their feet in
temper when they realise Muslims are worshipping *their* God. But they
    are nevertheless.

I think this bit nails it:

"Among bikies, honour - however twisted - is taken very seriously and
is part of the brew of testosterone and amphetamine-fuelled
    aggression.
Bikie culture is rooted in conservatism. Obedience to hierarchy, rules
and rituals is everything - or it used to be. As in fascist political
groups, they manufacture traditions - as rapidly as they can
manufacture amphetamines. In return, they provide a sense of
belonging, through uniforms, initiations and exclusions.
Offending these traditions is the common thread in bikie wars."

I can see why you're drawn to them like a moth to a flame, George.

What has happened to this country! I'm smelling the stench of 1936

empowered to get away with murder.

    Bullshit!
