Why don't you just use it a little bit more often then?

 

Considering the weather in Spain atm, I'd be using the bike every
bloody day.

Mallorca last week was in the 20's pretty much every day.

 

Sounds like you need a decent traillie rather than a pure road bike.

 

But I've got noone to play with. Taking the bike out involves much
fannying about and I walk everywhere anyway. When I was in the YUK I
used to only use the bike "socially". Or for touring. The roads here are
either perfect motorways (paid for by you lot incidentally), or
pot-holed side roads with mad spanish drivers on the wrong side of the
road etc. (they haven't quite got the hang of the horseless carriage
thing yet).

I shall be using the bike more from now. I promise. Before it gets too hot.

Once it's in your blood the only way to get it out is to spill some it. Then
