I was complaining about the weather.

Raining and cold here. Have to take a brolly when going out. Temp down to
about 10C. Horrible.

Then I saw the yahoo portal about the weather over there:

"Temperatures today will barely rise above freezing, with the South West set
to be the warmest at around 3C"

So, not so bad here then.

You don't know you're born. 10 degrees would be lovely - it's bloody
freezing but at least we're not (yet) under feet of snow.

Just been out for a ride on the bike. It's 2C, so I should have really

Over here it's -4C and snowing heavily. The departement doesn't seem to
be salting at the moment, although they are ploughing. Very slippery.
Lots of people going sideways, but only two cars in ditches between home
and the shops today. My gf's Harley has had its exhaust unflamethrowered,
but we may not now be able to bring it home until March.

Off up the hill on the skis tomorrow. Winter has started!

 

I'm no lover of the cold, but I'll take a week at -2 before I'd take a week
of it pissing down.
