Holy dooley - I'm so envious!

Anybody here done trials stuff? I've only ever seen people do it who are
really GOOD at it..... just wondering how many bruises/broken bits go into
the creation of a trials expert......

Trials ppl always look so totally confident and in control - do you suppose
they ever have an iota of doubt just before they sprint up a bloody vertical
wall???? It's incredible how they do that......

    betty, happy to
    stay upright! <grin>

You start off slowly. Most trials is done at walking speed. Don't
need speed to do a lot of those jumps and climbs.

There's a certain amount of falling off, but not many injuries.

I found a trials club and said "How can I learn" and they said "here
you go, try this it is a good beginner's bike" and gave me some tips.
Best to find a club with a thriving "twin shock" class cos that's
where all the old farts and people just having fun play.

Avoid the young fellas, they are just way too good.

Great way to inprove your bike handling skills & have fun in the process.
In my younger days I won my first club level trials event on an XL350 lol.
Even managed to crack a rib once when it landed on me before switching to a
    TL250 followed by a TY250.
