someone's trying to swing his dick around a bit.

Actually I'd suggest that fucking with juniors is one of the most stupid
things a middle manager could do at the moment- they're just looking for
excuses to get rid of expensive permie heads and replace them with
contractors or cheaper less experienced staff at the moment.

 

It depends if they're senior to you or not really. Every project
manager I've worked with in the past few years has been the same grade
as me, or lower.

This makes it fun. )
