I believe that you are mistaken Sir. Spiegels Gentleman's Emporium and
Sporting Accessories in Cross Fish Lane will, for a modest sum, provide
you with a Rossingtons Improved Patented Gentleman's Shooting Stick.
Which, among it's many useful and novel previous features, now also
includes a Motorcycle Seat Warmer. Worth it for the nutcrackers alone
    in my opinion.

Not much option with the Russki dreadnought, is there?

In my opinion a lot of those new-fangled sprout motorcycle seats look
    like nutcrackers[1].

[1] originally typed as butcrackers, nearly left it in there.

It seems to me that this is some sort of gimcrack contrivance to catch the
pennies of the gullible. A shooting stick is a shooting stick. To go
shooting, with a stick that incorporated a "Motorcycle Seat Warmer", would
    be to court derision.

As far as the issue of seat-warming in general is concerned, I feel this is
a wholly unnecessary distraction. Such minor hardships should be beneath a
    gentleman's notice.

On the contrary, the tractor is the ideal conveyance should one chose to
employ a chauffeur. One might have one's chauffeur ferry one about, then
perhaps chose to do a bit of off-road riding oneself. The chauffeur would
do the wheel-changing, act as ballast, help drag the plot out of hedges and
ditches, and so forth. Afterwards, it would be for him to conduct the
outfit homeward, whilst one idled in the chair and refreshed oneself with a
    health-giving draught from one's hip-flask.

This is not so. The Marshmallow Toasting Fork Accessory is made from
finest Sheffield Cutlers Steel and is talked about in all the
Fashionable Salons. The Prince Himself has been rumoured to have been
discussing the matter and enquiring after their suitability for
    Gentlemen with larger <cough> estates.

This is where we must differ. Fashion is irrelevant. Such things may be
the talk of Society, but Society is notoriously fickle. Next season, this
Swiss-Army shooting stick apparatus will be forgotten.

That reminds me. It was Prince Albert himself who pioneered
the use of tie-down straps or chains while riding.

Whim and fancy is all. Were it not for the fashionable whimsy of the
First Mr Rossington and the Dyke of Tuppingshire and the unexplained yet
supposed fashionable purpose of the carved ivory ornament atop the salt
shaker then 40 years later the Brave Captain Cutwhistle would have been
unable to make his legendary month long escape though the harem of
Caliph Shatshamule and where would the Empire be then?

I say, old chap, do these conveyances possess a commodious sufficiency
for a gentleman with substantial developments in the Chalfont area?

Can't be a Russkie Dreadnought: they were all made in Sunderland.

That'll be another useful and novel feature of the Marshmallow Toasting Fork
    Accessory you'll be wanting.

I think I mean Japanese Dreadnoughts. I had in my mind that the IRN
was built on Tyneside, and the IJN on Wearside., but I don't know why.

Turns out some of the IRN was built in France, Germany and the U.S.,
but I can't find anything about the russkies getting ships built in
    the UK.
