I shan't be doing that again.

  1. I am only window shopping at the moment but by the end of the week I
hope to have a fair idea of the market and what there is in it and with
a bit of preparation should be able to get a better deal than I would
    otherwise.

So, yesterday evening, armed with section 2.5 from the ffaq as a
template, I made myself a Punters Helping Hand Checklist v0.9 (v0.9.1 is
going to have bigger little boxes for putting ticks in and everything).
    Good it is.

Today I thought I would try it out on the Bindit, for practice like.

Hey ho my pot is half full. Instead of having only a vague, "A few bits
need sorting out," as a response to enquiries about the general health
of the Bindit, I now have a huge great list of Things To Do and I shan't
be buying it, even if I am giving it away, which I ain't.

So .. if there's shit-loads to do to it, you might be flogging it off
    cheapish like???

Though as I've just bought a Beta Trials bike swmbo might have something to
say if I buy anything else this month .. give it a week or so ... ;)

Absolutely not. I think it has reached the stage in it's life when it
is ready to become an 'enthusiasts machine' for a project of some sort.
The engine is the weak link though what with it being stuck together
with glue and stuff and shagged to buggery. My plan is to break it on
Ebay and make me money on the forks and the frame.
