    Wonder how many car drivers died.

    Equally, would love to put the weather graphs next to the death graphs.

    They have a point though. The A272 is a *cracking* bit of road. I have to
    commute along it twice a week.

    I have seen the very shortly-aftermath of a sportsbike ditch-surf once
    though, and it did look quite nasty.

    Yes, I suspect this was a sort of "Ooooh Shiiiiiiiit!" moment. It's a
    shellgripped section of the road, but for good reason as it's a deceptive
    right hander with narrowing radius. You enter it thinking "lovely jubbly",
    then lean over, then a bit more, then a *bit* more... then, "Ooh! Argh! Ow!
    Eek! Aaaagh!"
