I need a bender!

The mid pipe on my exhaust system (stainless Remus thingy) isn't quite
aligned and causes the end can to point in the wrong direction (fouling
the brackets and panniers). Seems to be a common complaint as far as I
    can tell.

I'm guessing that a vice and lump hammer isn't the best solution to
getting a few more degrees of bend, so suggestions from the FOAK?

Is there an easy/home way or do I need to find a man with a big tool?

That's a thought, though it could be a bit of a logistical nightmare as
I'd want the bike there with a cool engine so I could do the trial and
    error bit.

I might be able to get the measurements off the bike though.

Make a cardboard template for the bend?

I could use the cat as a template off the bike, but there's enough
sticky out bits to make it difficult to do.

If I measure the dimensions of the cat relative to the frame, then I can
measure the deltas on the Remus.

If Bell aren't interested, there is a place in south welshland that
make custom bike exhausts. They did my brother's VFR800, & were going
to do my Tigtona before the plans were scuppered. I haven't got their
details, but can probably find out if needed.

I've contacted Bell (just) and await their reply.

Out of interest, do you know if they keep their benders in Swindon or
    Cricklade?

For simplicity, if Bell aren't interested, I'll probably buy a Pipecraft
    one instead.

No idea I'm afraid, I didn't even know they had a place in Cricklade.

It's not clear from their website if it's just their head office or if
    they fabricate there too
