I knew my rear tyre was shagged

    But by god I didn't realise it was fucking up the bike *that* much

    Nice new BT010 fitted on Friday to replace the only rear I've managed to
    wear out on the Triple [1]

    Utterly transformed the way it tips in and holds a line :)

    [1] All the rest were puntured or otherwise shagged long before they needed
    to be replaced due to wear. Thinking back it's about 3 years since I rode
    on a worn tyre. I'd just forgotten.

    Aye, they do that. Fronts are possibly even worse, especially if you
    have a mis-matched pair. My Sprint ST was "virtually unrideable"
    according to a mate who rode it at one point. Mine dew, he[1] was
    still slower on his daytona than I was on the ST...

    Ooooh, the front's next on the list for next week sometime. That's done a
    full 10k plus a bit. This could be fun......
