I heard a courier bike with sound effects

This afternoon, on foot, and coming back from some local shops
I was somewhat startled to hear a horses Naaay Naaay ! followed by
Moooooo ! and the sound of galloping horses.

I thought it was a car with a loudspeaker but realized it was in fact a bike
courier on a CG125 (resplendant with estate agent board gaffa taped
to form leg protectors/warmers)

Totally bizarre.

I did buy some tiger's ears a while back but they lasted about as long
as I could stand the excruciating embarrassment of wearing them; which
