I have...

  1. An very unhealthy longing for a Ducati Sport Classic after seeing Tron.
I normally aren't into Italian stuff or retro stuff but man that is a
    nice looking bike.

  4. The one in Tron had a very tidy cafe racer rear end. As pleasant to
    look at as Jessica Albas.

It's not clear whether you are referring to the whole PM or the part that
    Zebee referenced.

On reflection, it probably makes no difference :)

    Cheers

The problem is the modern large tyres. Your proper 750 Sport (and
your proper 450 Desmo whether Shotgun or Yellow) has that need
little single seat that only needs to be as wide as a 1970's Pirelli
Phantom, not these modern 6" wide truck tyres.

In photos the Sport Classic doesn't look too bad if they take the pics
    at an angle.

Close up and personal though the full horror is apparent.

(Funny, when Bill Martin's 750 Montjuic arrived we stood around the
crate which just had the back end panel off, and marvelled at the
massive tyre therein. It was the biggest thing any of us had ever
seen and there were no road tyres of that size in the country so for
the first ride it was wearing racing wets. I think it was a 4.25,
which is bugger all these days...)

    It's Italian. Gina Lollobrigida perhaps?

  8. I don't know about that. I saw one in the flesh and it was quite nice.
I like the look of the wide rear tyre compared to the 70s pizza cutter
    look.

    That's a bit harsh...

one is a good looking bike with a pudgy rear end and the other one looks
like Johno after he wakes up at Wintersun rally!
