One of our 'team' for the Manx this year was on a Varadero. Seemed
surprisingly competent if rather uninspiring. The owner does large
mileages on it and has had it a fair while without any problems. Didn't
have the legs of the Roadster and certainly not the Corsaro, though TBF
that was two up (large heavy passenger) most of the time. Certainly a
great tall lump of a thing.

Yup. Mine is still on the standard seat-height and I can only just
touch both feet down (inside leg is 34").

Reasonably quick, very comfortable (I put a flip-screen on instead of
the original screen) and keeps me nice and warm when it's cold (it has
heated grips and the plastic hand stone-guards keep most of the wind
off your forearms and hands).
