To be honest/fair, I know a number of people rode it that day but my
    memory's not that good.

<sigh> Look, I used to go out with the woman who runs the company,
    ok?

No, no, no - that's a much earlier one. And we're not "going out",
    ok? (according to her, anyway)
I can barely keep up, so I certainly don't expect anyone else to.

May I recommend a litre twin of the V variety?

OMFG, I've got a number to put in my sig! Go me!

I think I've got a couple of others too, some mentioned a ditch surfer
number, or perhaps it was a bomb thing?

Oh, I've no idea. It's all a mystery.

It was the way Ginge pulled next to me and muttered 'that volvo was a
bit close' that first gave me the hint. said volvo had just come onto
the roundabout at the entrance to my right and I have a twisty go
    faster handle so I did.

Even on my bike I'd not have gone given the gap and the fact he was
already on the roundabout, I'd have passed him just after the roundabout
    instead.

I'm ultra-shite at the moment. I should have ridden through winter but
    it was cold.

In my case it's the whole nearly 6 months off the bike... erm, how does
it all work again routine that's the problem right now. It goes where I
point it but feels wrong, which is as much a confidence issue I guess. A
few hundred miles of riding should fix it I reckon... but not if it's
    cold.
If I had a light, lower powered winter bike it'd be ok, maybe I'll do
that with the SZR when it's all back together.

Anyway, I'm sure I can find something more interesting to hit next.
Can't keep hitting the same thing all the time, gets boring.

I got it back together ages ago... then Pip's mate was going to paint
the panels, etc. black, but still hasn't AFAIK.

So, no fuel tank = no go.
