4 stone no argument. Each kilo is prolly worth half a horse power.[1]

[1] By which reckoning I claim my Bindit to produce at least 150.

And it'll help me to stop being such a fat ****, and it'll save me
from being dead by the time I'm 30. Well, motorcycle permitting, of
    course.
If I had a Bandit I would *have* to spray the word ARSE in front of
    the logo - fantastic.

It may not actually stop you from dying young but at the very least it
will put onset of the vice like pains in the chest back a few years.
    Which is A Good Thing.

And it is always worth remembering that if you eat less you spend less
on food and the money saved can be put towards something important like
a new bike and you can boast that you currently only weigh a little over
    9 stone.

I've had vice like chest pains for about five years now. Perhaps
that's not such a good thing.
I think my bones weigh more than 9 stone :) IIRC my "Ideal Weight" is
15-17 stone, so I'm going to aim for 15.

My first step towards being non-fat will be: STOP EATING SHIT FOOD.

I realised they were two different articles just after I pressed send.
It's amazing how often I don't look at bespoke dresses.
"Hello flower, I'd like a corset to fit someone 6'6" tall, rigid back
protector in it. Yes dear, back protector. And then I want a
matching skirt made of leather, but with Kevlar knees and padded
sides, oh and bullet proof shoulders and albows. Yes, in red"

I know you're having a laugh, but they really will do anything you ask
for. Drop me a line if you want to know any more info, as I'd rather
not say too much more here.

BGN emerged from their own little world to say
    I thought green.

I gather your gills were that colour for most of BOSM :)

    Different strokes for different folks.

I like the CBR600RR because it's light, handles well and goes fast and
makes rrrr rrrr noises like a real race bike.

I like the BMW R series because they've bags of torque, are comfy to
ride, handle well and I even like the lazy noise of the engine.

I like Harley Davidsons because, er, it keeps people off the road whilst
    they polish the chrome.

In an ideal world I'd have a variety of bikes for the mood I'm in or the
type of riding I fancy. Would even have a chromed up bike if I could
afford to pay someone else to polish it.
