Anyone know if two uk-ites signed a pre nup in the US, then got married
there, would it still be legally binding or would we still be governed by UK
law? (As in, if we divorced would the prenup be held to be legally binding?)
I was going to ask in a merkin NG but scanning their posts made me want to
become a serial killer...

 

I would think you should really ask a law talking guy, rather than
taking the luck of the draw in a newsgrope.
