Went into Jessops to buy some slide film. Came out wiv a brand new Nikon
DSLR, courtesy of notta-bad-price and twelve months interest free on the
never-never.

 

Oh I say well done. One more step in the right direction.

I cba to look on their website but last time I did I noticed that 12
months wasn't clearly written.

Not a store special AFAIK, just has to be > a certain amount.

I can't see how they made money on this as I've been checking the prices
for about about a year now.

I tried to get a couple of freebies chucked in my local Jessops and they
wouldn't offer anything so I walked away. In Oxford street they chucked
in the films for £0, which equated to a whopping 1.5% discount. From
what I can tell the margins on the cameras are pretty tight.

 

Well it was, except buying Nikon put him two steps back again.
