I don't seem to be able to make up my mind

OK, spotted bike on ebay for what I consider an almost good price. Had
a good look at the bike itself as it's only in Sittingbourne, checks
    out, as does the owner.

I've got the space, now I've sold the chop, and the price is such that
provided the market doesn't fall apart completely, I should be able to
flog it on pretty much for what I paid for it.

The auction's timed out with no bids, I've got the blokes phone number
here and I'm trying to work out if I should make him an offer or not,
but I seem to have slipped into darsy mode and can't make up my effing
    mind.

From a purely commercial, buy'em and flog'em if you don't like 'em
point of view, should I or shouldn't I?

I shared a flat with a bloke from Sittingbourne. His advice is to avoid the
shitty place altogether. I think he is still living in Wales...

    What is is BTW?

that was the old darsy - I bought the RX-8 the day I test-drove it,
and bought the Tiger as soon as I'd sold the 'blade.

It seems that the North Kent coast is full of places like that -
Margate isn't any better either (that's where I bought my VFR).

Ah. Bling is popular in Sittingbourne, apparently. I bet the owner has a
    Screaming Eagle shell suit too...

Nah, he's one of the other kind of Harley riders. Guess with all his
tatoos, he wasn't going to splash out for the shell suit...

It's surprisingly unblingy as well, which I quite like. Could do with a
few additional black parts but no tassles, hardly any chicken and no
other tasteless aftermarket chrome. Well, if you ignore the drag pipes.
SORRY, I SAID "IF YOU IGNORE THE DRAG PIPES".

Depends if you're catching the ferry in Ramsgate, if that still
    exists...

But yes, it seems that the nice part roughly ends around Canterbury.

1.5k - a bit less than the buy it now but they were there, with a van
and waving cash under my nose.

  11. Sounds like a right result to me, considering it was a horrible shonking
    shed.

Well, the folks on Chopperbuilder thought it was a good price given
that it wasn't MOT'd and all that...

And they're all sheds, that's the appeal :)
