    Abso-fucking-lutely. Trouble is, when the "victim" has a say, they're always
    going to say "Hang the fucker, he's a danger to the world" in the hope that
    it'll result in more compo for themselves.

    Plod did that with Christofire when he binned the 10R on the snake pass.
    IIRC, they gave up the idea of prosecuting him in the end, but I can't see
    why they'd want to anyway. The only one to suffer was Chris and is bike.
