keeps fouling up the spark plugs. change the plug and off she goes 100 mph
for 10 mins then oils up again. have changed petrol tried hotter plugs but
nothing works. any help would be great.

Sounds too rich. Possibly fuel/air or oil/fuel (its a premix two
stroke right?) or a combination of both. Start by going back to the
correct heat plug, clean the air filter and if using fully synthetic
    two stroke oil try 30:1.

you're not using optimax are you? bloke I used to ride with had a 360
on optimax that'd spit a few plugs each ride.
too rich somewhere is likely, low spark strength is a possibility.
check the electrical ground points and clean them up. does the bike die
under acceleration, when you let it idle, riding slowly, or what?

Go & buy the best synthetic oil you can afford & run it at 50 : 1 & your
    problems will leave.
