Because its a european motorcycle. And they LIKE to be a pain. Its a design
    feature. Get used to it.
I own a Husky, have owned KTM's and Ducati's. My friends own Husabergs.
    There is no relief.
Failing that, I'd be checking mixture. Especially idle mixture. What carb?
Do you need gobs of choke to start when cold or none? Do the old wd40
airleak test. My husky adjusts its own mixture coutesy of vibration. The
mixture screw slowly creeps over a days ride. I guess I could fix it with a
20 cent spring..... but its european and then something else would shit
    itself.

Husky's are more suited to Artic regions!

I had a '99 TE410 and it was a pig to start when I first got it. Bad cold
and even worse when hot. The shop kept insisting it was running lean and
richening it up and it kept getting worse. Then they leaned it out and it
was the easiest kick start bike to start I've ever owned. I guess what I'm
getting at is I'd get the mixture checked.

I would agree with others, my WR was a **** to start when hot, the TT
was also a REAL **** to start when hot, infact at a club enduro once,
the entire field did a lap before I restarted the prick. It just
    overheated.

Mixture, and maybe an extra oilcooler to help cool the thing down
    quicker.
