SWMBO has kindly "convinced" me to take the car, given the weather
forecast. Lesse how easy it is to get the vehicle type changed on a
    Eurotunnel booking. Arse, ****, bollox.

However, in contrast to Catman's experience the guys who fitted the
rear brake disk to the Pan were only too happy to sort it out. Well,
at least to try to as the brake disk they received this morning was
anything but a Pan disk. Fortunately they hadn't thrown away the old
disk yet so it currently wears the old one again and a new one shall
be fitted as soon as the local EBC rep gets the replacement. Oh, and
they sorted out the leak as well, for free.

But of course for any kind of half-decent customer service it appears
that you have to go to some old-fashioned small non-main dealer place
as the others simply aren't cutting it...

It would appear so. They were more helpful this pm, but I still need to
convince them that they really ought to let me have a loaner unless they
can get it back to me by the weekend.
