Not only that, but I thought a local would've known that practice today
    isn't until this evening.

Results are up, and no time recorded for the Senior, or Class A.

Well, they're only practice sessions. Races aren't till next week.

Except that the bike sprang a leak before first practice and under the
complex Manx rules that meant he was unable to practice at all. Not even
    a little bit.

His first practice is now scheduled for tomorrow.

For safety reasons, obviously. Personally I don't want to be scraping
anyone off the road next week when I'm marshalling, especially Champ.
    <fingers crossed>

Indeed, are B&Q still doing cheap deals on pressure washers?

Dunno, I'm opting for the pansy flag waving bit myself.

The pansy flag? Is that the pink one you wave at racers who aren't trying
    hard enough?

I like that idea, kind of a reverse blue flag. Pass three waved pinks,
and you have to pit for a stop-n-go, because you're clearly a big girl's
    blouse.

    There's merit in that.

Nah, you have to pit to get bitch-slapped with a handbag.

A bit harsh though if you manage it from the start-line to Crosby and
still have to travel about 33 miles before the pit-stop.
