Arse! It fucking happened again. **** in a minivan pulled out right in
front of me while I was making a right-hand turn. The bastard looked
right at me and pulled out. Vision around the corner is partially
blocked by the traffic signal control box so I didn't see the fuckwit
till I was almost through the turn. I lowsided and slid a bit with the
bike on top of my right leg. I wasn't able to get upright enough before
    I braked.

Lots of nice people stopped to help, all except the **** in the van. The
coppers and fire arrived, cut my 700USD Stadler trousers off me leaving
me laying flat on my back in my boxers. It was about now that I was told
the **** in the van left the scene and I went mental. I so want to kill
    the bastard.

I had a ride to casualty in the ambulance as my leg was hurting like
****. B met me there, I had x-rays which showed nothing broken and had a
ride home wearing the ugliest pair of shorts ever (donated from the
    hospital).

The bike is rideable though a bit scarred. Bent rearset, bent rear brake
pedal, the fairing is scratched to **** and the knuckle guard has a bit
    of road rash.

Arse indeed. And it's always cunts in minivans or pickup trucks, isn't
    it?
Anybody got his number plate? I can see the cops taking a slightly dim
view of that sort of behaviour...
They were probably happy to get rid of the shorts. GWS etc...

I missed the bit where you drew your .45 and popped a cap in his ass.

I think we need a better description of the accident before allocating
    blame,
    with particular reference to
"Vision around the corner is partially blocked by the traffic signal
    control box so I didn't see ...".
And a reference so we can see the crime scene on Google Earth.

I don't quite know what to say. I saw the van, sky and ground in quick
succession. The van was no where to be seen.

I don't really know. I'll go for a copy of the report in a day or two.
I'm going to send them back. TVM.
