how to put Baglux tank cover on Yamaha V-max?

Hi. For some dumb reason, I can't figure out how to get the Baglux tank
cover for a Yamaha V-max put on! There are two big loops at the top of
the cover, and then one loose strap that goes somewhere. And I'm not
sure how the cover attaches at the bottom.

Has anyone hooked one of these tank covers up on a V-max? If so, could
you have mercy on me and help me with this? Thanks very much!

I've never put one on a V-max, but there's usually a wider strap that
goes round the headstock, something to fasten under the sides of the
tank, and something to fasten at the seat end.

Make sure it's on the tank the right way round to start with: there's
usually a little tag with the manufacturer's logo on filler hole
surround; that should be towards the rider.

Once you've done that, it should make it easier to work out where
    everything else goes.

If all else fails, try contacting Bagster
    (http://www.bagster.com/en/moto/contact2.php?id=14) or Baglux
    (http://www.baglux.co.uk/enquiries.asp)

Thanks. Those answers help. I've not had experience with the
Baglux/Bagster things before, so didn't even think about the fact that
the straps and all might go around frame parts, etc. I guess I was
presuming that the cover just wrapped around the tank itself, so that's
why the straps didn't seem to make much sense. I'll give your all's
suggestions a try later on! Thanks again.
