Summary: rich couple invented fictitious former Bulgarian employee
to escape two £60 fines. Ended up fined £9,100 plus £1,900 costs, plus
ongoing consequences to his professional career.

    WTF is this all about:
" As a result of his court appearance Stuart Bromley is being
investigated by his professional body, the Royal Institution of
Chartered Surveyors. An RICS spokesman said he faced possible
expulsion and a fine of up to £5,000"

**** all to do with them. Still how on earth can they **** up
    something as simple as this!!

It's a damn good job I have cousins in Malta, USA, Canada and Australia
who'll send postcards on my behalf.

I vote we appoint Ace as our collective sacrificial speeder. We can
claim he did it every time, just pay his fine for him and save the
points going on our licences. All he needs is a wog-licence and we're
    home and dry.

Well obviously you would be a clueless **** not to do that at the very
    least!
Better still take you test again in Holland rather than trade it in.

Have friends in another jurisdiction with more than 5 braincells
    covered on your policy.
