I've been trying to get the exhaust off my Kaw GT550 but the b*****d 2 hole
flanges that clamp the downpipes to the head are seriously seized onto the
    studs and wont shift.

Any ideas?? Have tried levers but the alloy is so soft it just breaks the
fins. I thought maybe a hole saw but they don't do them small enough. It'd
be nice if I can get them off without totally destroying the exhaust and
    engine!

    Thx

What is it with the question marks? There is no fucking question about
it. The only solution is liberal application of the One True Tool

I had a good grindage today sharpening the lawnmover blades.

Angle grinders truely are a gift from God.

Liberal application of lubricant left to soak overnight but if that doesn't
do the trick a blowtorch should.
