    hi all,

any suggestions for souping up an XT600 ?

I wouldn't mind getting my bike up to a decent super-motard level.

I need to know about improvemants in horsepower, suspension, wheels, brakes,
    etc.

It might be a cheaper option than buying one of those full-on KTM's, etc.

    cheers.

    What year??

    Twin Dellortos.. $500

Bigger valves and flowed head $500 - 750

White Bros 680 kit (they dont have the 720 kit anymore - it was
factory Yam shit) ~$1000? 86 I got mine...

    White Bros Cam $500

    Complete Zaust ~$500

RGV Rims and discs and calipers mounted to suit also master cyl
or Spare Hubs and 17inch (3.5 and 4inch) rims laced to it with FZR
disc (u only need 1 for front or you will over brake it) Both will
scare you in price... Probably $1000 all up.

Sticky Tires Again 120 front 140 rear

    Lowered shock and forks $400

    Braided lines $100

all up should cost you around as much as a second hand KTM Duke.

    Is your XT worth that?

By the time you're done with all the modes, a KTM might've looked pretty
    reasonable.
